REAP Sabah, Malaysia Evangelists Report for January - June 2021

Shalom and the Lord's proection and provision for you, your family and ministry in these COVID-19 challenging times.

We give God the praise and glory that as we pressed on in sowing the gospel seeds, we have reaped (2 Cor 9v6). Praise God for the harvest in Sabah. The work of 38 REAP Sabah evangelists has seen:
- over 56,000 evangelised
- over 12,500 conversions to Christ
- over 4,200 baptised
- 136 rural churches planted, and
- 7,200 bibles in Bahasa Malaysia given to new believers.

Praise be to God and thank you for the partnership in the gospel. Below are reports from your REAP evangelists for your prayers and thanksgiving.

Praise God for this new place I am serving, the people need constant guidance and ministering too. Even though movement is limited due to the ongoing pandemic threat, the people remain ever faithful and are always on fire. The Holy Spirit burns within them and keeps them going.

3) The ministry and evangelistic efforts to not be curbed during PKP
4) The believers' and my family's daily needs to be met sufficiently
5) Those who have yet to accept the gospel, to respond in faith and believe in Jesus

I am thankful to God for His goodness and preserving grace. I witness the Holy Spirit work as He heals the believers - some whose sight is restored, others receive visions/dreams directly from God. My prayer is the people in the community will one day respond to the gospel and believe in Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.

5) Me and my family to continually have the desire, strength and commitment to serve God

Praise God for His ever-present help in our daily life. Even though the situation now limits the evangelism work, God's love and power permeates. I didn't expect this year we could do any baptisms. Praise God, early this year, in very restricted conditions due to the ongoing pandemic, 13 believers received the waters of baptism. God works in adverse conditions and nothing can stop  Him!

MS is a 50 year old male who is married and has four children.

Ministry report January - June 2021

4) My daughter, VM, who will be sitting for her SPM this year

I am very thankful to God for softening the hearts of those I preached to at SIBL. Even though they initially resisted, in the end they accepted Christ into their hearts. From what I see, they are prioritising God in their lives through the prayers requests made. Even though churches were closed at the height of the COVID-19 infection, I was still able to minister to them and show them God's love. Praise God for nothing is impossible for Him.
