Letters from BHW Sponsored Students

Daisy Jane Tamon

Good day! It has been a long time since I wrote to you and I have a lot of things I've missed to tell you. My first semester of the school year 2016-2017 was not quite as exciting as I expected but it is more challenging and inspiring that can build my personality. My current subjects are getting harder not just like before and I think that's the perks of being a graduating student. Thus, I'm having a hard time in my major subjects but still I can manage it decently.

Last August I attended our school acquaintance day. It was good but I think it's not my interest anymore. We also had a sports fest on October 10-17. Happily, I was assigned in managing our muses and escorts of my team and I enjoyed it because with that I could practice my skill of leading and could share my knowledge at the same time.

Over all, this semester or I can call a chapter of my life, was like a roller coaster that sometimes is enjoyable and most of the time it's difficult but I know by God's grace I can get through it. God bless you always.

As of now I'm a 4th year college student at Bestlink College of the Philippines taking the course of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Science. I'm so thankful  because until now you will support my study from the start up to now you are there for me. You are the reason why I pursue my dreams. And thanks to our Lord God because you are the instrument he gave me to become a successful man someday. I am thankful to our Lord for your generosity. Someday I will impact or share my knowledge and blessings to others like what you have done. May you continue to share your blessings to other people who need more of it.

I would like to inform you about my study, as of now we are conducting our thesis in our major subject, many reporting we have done. Many meetings we need to tackle about our thesis. Many things we need to study or research our topic. This semester we will get busy because we need to have more time to spend. Many seminars I attended at different schools to gather more information and knowledge that I will use in my everyday goal when I will become a teacher. In January 2017 we will start our on the job training. We will be a student teacher in one of the schools in Caloocan.

This is all worth it because of you. So, thank you so much for your generous and kind heart. May God bless you more and have a long life too. God bless you always and more power to come.

Thank you for the financial support that you have given to me. It is my pleasure to give my sincerity to appreciate your goodness to many youth like me. My study was good, I achieved high grades. I have kind professors and classmates, I really enjoy my colleagues. We are giving help to each other when the times come that they have difficulty in the lessons and projects in school. We also give each other advice if we have encountered some problems.

I'm still continuing to serve God and giving him praise as part of the music ministry. It's my honor to serve him with my voice and lift his name on high. I accompanied my cell group as my foundation to follow our God Almighty above. We teach the new generation youth in the church to know God deeper and I'm looking forward to see them fearing and giving their life to God.

Thank you and God bless you all. I always pray for all the sponsors of Cappuccino Club. We love you all.

Anthony Ryan Mijares

Thank you so much for the financial assistance you have been sending me for my studies. As an update for my school and course, I enjoyed this semester more than my previous semesters and subjects. I am learning to love my course and doing well since I am thrilled for the knowledge I am gaining. I have good friends which serves as a motivation for me to continue Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Though the subjects are hard I continue to strive hard to have better grades.

When it comes to my Christian growth, I can say that it is still stable. Every Sunday young men in our church continue our Bible study and I am still part of the music team. Little by little I am learning to exhort texts every Sunday service as an opening call for everyone.

Please continue to pray for me. Thank you and God bless you more as you continue to bless others.

My study progress nowadays is indeed moving! I'm now a third year college student of Bulacan State University (Malolos Campus). I can't wait, but three more semesters to go then my diploma will be at hand soon! By the way, as we always say "thank you" from within but I am grateful not just for your financial help but also for your prayers! This study of mine wouldn't be possible if God hadn't sent you.

May this ministry of yours extend and help me to pray that one day I will become also like you who extends help to others in need. May God bless you more. I pray that He will guide you to the right path. Pray also for our ministry where I belong, the Children's for Christ Ministry.

God bless you more! Thank God and thanks to you!

Now I am a second year college student. All things are new. New classmates, new professor, new subjects, new things and many more. All subjects have differences from my first year subjects because second year college is very hard to learn and requires a lot of activities, most of which are so hard to do. But don't worry, I'm still able to cope with my lessons. I review hard so that I will not fail my subjects. New things means new discovery and to me I need to discover things to learn and also make progress. Now I study harder to help not only my family but also this organisation and myself someday. I want to help this organisation to give back and to help other children get their education.

In our home my father had an illness but now he is okay. So far my father is getting better and he does his work good. I thank and pray to God because no one in our family has an illness now. Every Sunday I go to church to pray and praise the Lord for everything that he gave to us.

Thank you for everything and for supporting us.
