Rahab Update November 2015

Dear friends,

connecting with ladiesThankyou for your consistent prayer and support. We are excited to update you on what has been happening at Rahab community and the way God is moving.

Recent Events

Outreach

We celebrated with the girls that decided to leave the bars in September.

We had four girls stepping out of the bar to join the Rahab community. We are also excited that three of them have decided to start their journey with God.

Latest Party

great opportunityOn November 16, we had another party where five new girls attended and three of them decided to start their journey with God. We celebrate what God is doing.

The New Shop

The Rahab laundry shop is doing well. One of the girls who left the bar last month has always dreamed of opening her own laundry shop with her sisters and now she is very excited to learn and work at Rahab laundry shop.

What a wonderful opportunity to invest and prepare her for a better future.

Sad News

great ladyThis summer was a very difficult season for us as a community because one of our dearest members named Koy passed away after suffering a stroke. She was the first girl that joined Rahab Ministries when Patricia started the ministry.

She was such a joy to our community and on behalf of her and her family, we want to extend our gratitude to everyone who has shown her love over the years.  Your prayers and your support has blessed her and her family immensely.

Christmas Party

We will be having our Christmas party on 23 December and we want to request you all to pray that we will be able to celebrate as a community and also bless people in our lives.
