We want to say thank you for your love and support. You have been a huge part of this vision. Here is a little update on what's been happening and the new exciting direction for the future.

Recent Events

amazing ladyPatricia Green's Commeration Service

On 15th May 2015 the Rahab family celebrated the life of our dear founding mother Patricia Green at a commemoration service in Bangkok. Patricia passed away on 19th March in New Zealand after being diagnosed with terminal cancer in January. She was truly a wonderful daughter of God, touching so many precious lives with Love and Hope in Thailand and around the world. It is an honor for us to carry on this vision as true lights in the dark.

building relationshipsOutreach

It has been really wonderful to see God moving at Patpong. A few months ago we had a Mamasang, the one who is in charge of the girls in the bar, became a Christian. This opens the door for us to have more freedom to access bars and also to talk to the girls. Now she is actually helping us to talk to the girls and she also brings the girls to Rahab Parties. Please continue to remember her in your prayers.

Laundry Shop

This is a very exciting project for Rahab and our partners. We have just started our laundry shop business and our vision behind this project is to provide more job opportunities for our girls and also prepare them for future business adventures of their own.

Outreach to Chai Nat

Our team of Thai staff and ex bar women with the support of Jaisamarn Church went to Chai Nat, which is 200 km. from Bangkok. The outreach is run the first Sunday of each month. We run separate adult and childrens programmes in the area. Twice a year we run programmes in a local school.

This is a great time for our women to share with others and help out with the many activities we run in the area.
