Update from Pradeep Kumar
Thank you so much for your love, care and support for us. It is a great joy and blessing to see how the Lord has brought us all so far.
The last year has been a great blessing. We could see the works slowly progressing and people being blessed, touched and trained as well as given opportunities to work and earn an income for themself.
Recent Events
Glow Beauty Parlour
The students from Glow Beauty Parlor have already started getting jobs. Four of them have already started as trainees in other parlors so it's wonderful I feel. WOW. That's a great joy! The first batch is graduating and we will be planning on another batch starting from next month onwards. 11 students has successfully completed the training for the last five months. We are planning to take another 12 students to train for the next batch.
Knitting Centre
The Naya Bihani Knitting Centre is doing great. The 27 ladies who are being trained are learning well and doing wonderful by learning to knit and learning to weave in the machine. There are sweaters, baby suits, socks, caps, shawls and mufflers which have been knitted. They are already starting to sell their products and starting to earn themself an income which is a great blessing.
Micro-loan Programme
The micro-loan programme is going on well. I have supported Mr Arjun, Rs. 10000 (US$155) to start a shop in his village. It is nice to see him starting to earn an income from his shop. He has sent his son to school with the money that is being raised from the shop. I am yet to get some pictures from his shop which I will send to you later. The micro-loan programmes in the churches are going on well and and it is 
wonderful to see how the Lord is blessing the churches and the people of the churches. The pastors are testifying that the tithes and offerings in the church have increased and there is more joy also. The loan is rolling and the money is being given to others who are in need. It is wonderful to see how the Lord is doing that.
Ideas for the Future
We are planning to start a tailoring centre in which we will be able to train a handful of girls to do tailoring as well as work and earn for themselves. Also we can take the dresses for tailoring from schools and offices too.
A tailoring centre would help the work a lot and could bring a great change also in the days to come.
In the tailoring centre there will need to be five machines and a teacher to teach. There will also be clothes bought for learning but it can be done easily. We will start in Mungpoo village where two of our branch churches are located.
