get on wellBible School

We thank the Lord for these months where we received and began the formation of the students who came to the Biblical Faculty. It is a group of 14 students and due to their age and the small number of students, they quickly integrated and formed a family. They like to be together and by now we know a little more about their lives. They have already finished the first semester studying 8 modules and currently they have returned to their churches for the month of July, to share with their families and serve in their churches with some ministry plans.

good time togetherIn the month of May we had the CEBAO (Bible study course for the Elderly and Workers). It was a very nice weekend to meet pastors and workers from various places in the Chaco region. After this course, the students of the Faculty of the Bible went two by two to support churches in the countryside, gaining experience in service and also opening their eyes to the different opportunities and needs found in these places.

Youth Ministry

great groupAs a family we also support the youth ministry of El Aposento Alto church. There are some young people who participate in leadership and show responsibility and commitment. This year we have a group of university students who are inviting and looking to win over their peers. It is our prayer that this enthusiasm continues to grow, and more young people can be reached for Christ. Within the youth ministry we celebrate youth birthdays to encourage them as some of them are away from their families. We also cook together and share lunch from time to time to strengthen fellowship.

encouraging young people

As a group of young people from the El Aposento church, since last year we have supported a church in Boyuibe, about 60 km south of Camiri, every 15 days. They started work with young people and now there is a nice group. We need prepared young people who teach and encourage them, since most are still in school.

Technical Training School (BLV03)

new skillsIn the technical school this year we have a group that is different from other years. Some of them quite like workshop practices and do not give much importance to theory, and others vice versa. There are also students of various ages although a larger group are quite young. I notice that they show very little interest in the things of God, and some of them already have some vices. We pray that they can know the Lord, and to find effective ways to share the Lord with them. We finished the first semester with 14 students and, due to various reasons, most of the students are behind in their payments.

Plans for the Future

fun timesIn the month of July, we plan to go to Tarija to visit our brothers and relatives. We also need to look for a dentist. And from July 19 to 21 I will teach a course in a discipleship program in the city of Cochabamba, we plan to travel as a family.

Prayer and Praise Points

1) For the ministry at Facultad Biblica
2) For the ministry at Aposento Alto Church
3) For the support in the youth ministry and churches in the field
4) For the course I must give in Cochambamba
