Recent Events
Pig Farm
I am still actively involved with the Nagaland Pig Farmer's Association. They have extended my term as President for another two years. Right now we have 44 registered farms in different districts of Nagaland. Another bit of good news is, the Agriculture Technology Management Agency, Government of Nagaland, recognized our farm as "Pig Farm School". With the official recognition from the State Government, on 18th June we had a one day training for pig farmers at the farm school.
Dairy Farm
Our dairy is improving on the farm. Right now we are making a house 36x20ft to keep the cows. I am applying for a loan from the bank but am still waiting for their response. This is the system of doing things here.
Bright Hope Nagaland
All the Board members are doing well. The Dhai trainees are also doing well. Dr Sunep is being transferred to Mokokchung on promotion.
Personal
Right now, my daughter Alem is in Lonawala/ Mumbay. She will be there for six months teaching the students on Hospitality. Moa is here helping me on the farm. My wife has gone to Bangalore to give some support to our children as Toshi's studies are heavy and there is no time for household duties.
