new ownersObjectives and Revolving Approach of the Goat Lending Program

The Goat Lending Program aims to improve the livelihoods of beneficiary families through goat farming, create sustainable income-generating opportunities, and promote economic self-reliance through self-employment.

A key feature of this program is its sustainable and revolving livelihood approach. Beneficiaries are encouraged to use the support effectively to develop their goat-farming activities and improve their household income. As agreed under the program, the benefits are extended to other families in need by transferring goats or their offspring to new beneficiaries. This revolving process enables more disadvantaged families to access livelihood opportunities, strengthen their economic independence, and improve their living conditions over time.
