Update from Ashaloy Tailoring Centre

By the grace of God, we are doing well. A lot of things are happening in our country you may be aware of, and it is extremely hot with no rain so far, so life is very tough. 

Recent Events

Graduation

We had a passing out meeting on February 23rd and 12 ladies graduated this time. Brother A A, J D and some other guests and church members were present. Brother A shared his testimony and a Gospel message. There were 50 people in that meeting. The 12 ladies received sewing machines. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

New Course

Despite the challenges, our tailoring school is going on well. We have 16 students in the current course. Initially we only budgeted for 15 but I took on one more student. It was an unfortunate/unavoidable situation. This last girl is a believer but had walked away from her faith and was in a tough situation. We were praying for her, and she returned to her Christian faith after repentance, and wanted to be in our fellowship. She is really a poor girl and will benefit greatly from the course. I have attached a photograph of some of the ladies in the present batch.
