Email Update from Octavio Alvarez

Hi dear fellow believers,

Greeting the Bright Hope World believers in New Zealand. I can never forget you as I see your love for the Lord. 

I write you this letter of gratitude as we have received your gift, from your hearts. Also, for your prayers for my married life and the ministry that the Lord has called me too.  

My wife and the church are praying for you, your work, marriage and family. In addition, we pray for your ministry. 

I am hoping in the Lord that the church in Machareti will appoint elders very soon and that would make the fourth church that the Lod has enabled us to plant and that we have been able to appoint elders. Machareti is a village some 50kms from our home church in Villamontes. 

I have added a recent photo of Maria, my new wife. You may remember that my first wife, Cristina, passed away a few years ago. The Lord has graciously led us to meet and to commit our lives to each other.

I have also added a couple of photos of the anniversary (8-9 March 2025) of the newly planted church in Machareti.
