Bright Hope World Australia is a small but innovative Christian non profit organisation committed to bringing hope to the poorest of the poor. We focus on relief and emergency aid as well as job creation, income generation, training and development.

We are committed to seeing those we partner with become independent and self sufficient. Our partnerships are typically small but very creative and effective.

Patience Child Care

On the border of Zambia and the DRC, near the city of Ndola, lives a solo mother who has been trained in orphan care and care programmes. Doris has identified 11 vulnerable orphaned children who live in the bush with their very poor mother. None of the children go to school. - Read More

Emmanuel and Jessie Kumar live in the coastal city of Kakinada. Among other strategic ministries, they lead a church ministry into a leper village in the town. There were so many lepers on the streets begging that the local authorities allowed them to build a village near to the crematorium.
